Lorri Manasse, Ph.D., is an organizational development consultant and executive coach with a passion for helping leaders negotiate increasingly complex systems and environments. From her early days in Los Angeles, founding and directing a community-based education and rehabilitation program for juvenile felons, to her current work as adjunct faculty at the Federal Executive Institute, Lorri has focused on understanding systems, working across boundaries, valuing and leveraging diversity, and understanding organizational culture. Lorri holds a BA from UCLA, Ph.D. in Urban Studies from USC, and a Certificate in Business from the Wharton School. She did her coach training at Coach Training Institute and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coach Federation.
