The BOLD-Rockwood Leadership Program is a nine-month retreat-based program for high-performing and high-potential leaders. Participants engage in a cross-divisional/cross-local cohort and undergo a comprehensive series of development – which includes one-on-one coaching, facilitated group workshops, and individual reflection and assessment – designed to deliver personal leadership growth through increased competency in organizational equity and inclusion, team leadership, and leadership for organizational change. This initiative began in 2011 as the flagship program of the BOLD Center; since then, more than 330 SEIU leaders have graduated from the program.
