The Sowers of Creative Leadership is year-long personal and leadership development initiative of the SEIU BOLD Center that provides essential spaces to consider new questions and new possibilities related to identity, healing, and leadership. This initiative provides a supportive learning environment for women of color and gender expansive people of color to explore self-identity, self-care and healing, and their connection to others, empowering participants to fully occupy a range of cross-race spaces both within the their own teams and organizations, and in the community.
